Pemuda Sarjana Penggerak Pembangunan di Perdesaan atau PSP3 adalah program dariKementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia yang dilaksanakan bersama Dinas yang menangani kepemudaan di tingkat provinsi dalam rangka memberikan kesempatan bagi pemuda untuk membangun wilayah perdesaan. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan sistem kontrak selama 1 (satu) tahun.

Para pemuda sarjana yang lolos seleksi menjadi peserta program ini akan ditempatkan di wilayah perdesaan dan diharuskan merencanakan kegiatan untuk pengembangan di desa tersebut. Peserta akan mendapatkan bantuan biaya hidup sebesar Rp. 3.000.000,- setiap bulan serta bantuan modal sebesar Rp. 5.000.000,-/semester untuk mewujudkan rencana kegiatannya.

PSP3 di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dikelola oleh Balai Pemuda dan Olahraga Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda dan Olahraga Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pada tahun 2015 ini direncanakan akan direkrut 38 Pemuda Sarjana yang berasal dari Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta untiuk ditempatkan di perdesaan di wilayah Kabupaten Gunung Kidul dan Kabupaten Kulon Progo.
